Our special meat seasoning was created over 35 years ago when Dave and his father Don and a few great friends fed guests that came to our cattle sales on our ranch near George West, TX. In the early years we only cooked beef and chicken fajitas and pinto beans and later expanded into brisket, ribs and chicken. Those events turned into cooking for other rancher friends for their cattle sales which a few years later culminated into a catering business we called Brush Country Catering. Our most requested catered meal has always been our mouth watering beef rib eye steak seasoned to perfection with Brush Country Seasoning. We serve a cheesy scalloped potato, tossed salad and green beans as sides and of course each of these sides are seasoned with our seasoning which truly goes superbly on just about everything - ( we don’t put it on our salad, but some of our customers do.) Our family and crew traveled all over Texas and even went as far as Oklahoma and Mississippi for our Beefmaster friends and families cattle sales, conventions and parties. We have since retired from that traveling but our seasoning was so loved by everyone that we began bottling it and shipping it out for everyone to enjoy. This picture of owner Dave Moore next to his prized early 1900 authentic chuck wagon is symbolic of our family journey and commitment we have to our customers and friends who helped us get started on this path. Our gratitude runs deep to all of you that have been devoted to our seasoning all these years.
