We have recipe requests from many of our passionate grillers and chefs out there. Once you eat a steak with our seasoning on it, you will be hard pressed to find a better mate for your steak. My personal favorite is Beef Tenderloin medallions seasoned with Brush Country (that’s what we call it at home) and pan seared in a very hot cast iron skillet. When the skillet gets hot, drop a pad of butter for each medallion you are cooking into the hot skillet. Cook it according your preferred style. Most of the men prefer a medium rare tenderloin. It cuts like butter and melts in your mouth! There’s no better meat out there in my opinion… however, we use it on all our burgers, roast, chicken, carne guisada, fajitas, tacos, fish, soups and I must say grilled shrimp is divine with our seasoning. Really simple options are using our Brush Country Seasoning on top of your french fries and fried okra or actually anything fried or want to add some flavor to. You can really take a can of green beans up a notch by adding this seasoning with some minced onion and bacon bits. Just try it on anything and let us know what you think.
